Ingredients1/4 C of your favorite Granola (recommended Bear Naked Native Granola) You can find this at whole foods or in the organic section of the supermarket
6 oz serving of any flavor yogurt, I love using strawberry, mixed berries, peach and vanilla.
1/8-1/4 C of fresh berries. (raspberries, black berries blueberries)
MethodPlace a dollop of yogurt at the bottom of your parfait cup followed by a sprinkling of granola and top it with some fruit. Continue to layer ingredients until they are all done.
